Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorges (Approx. 340 km)
Your journey begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Travel across the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass (2,260m), with photo stops along the way in scenic Berber villages.
Visit the Kasbah of Telouet, followed by a stop at the legendary Ait Ben Haddou, a historic fortified village featured in numerous films. After lunch, continue to Ouarzazate, where you’ll visit the Taourirt Kasbah and the world-famous Atlas Film Studios.
Pass through the Skoura Oasis and admire the Amridil Kasbah before reaching the Valley of Roses and finally Dades Gorges, where you’ll spend the night in a charming local guesthouse or hotel.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert (Approx. 280 km)

After breakfast, enjoy a short walk in the Dades Gorges and admire the panoramic view of the valley. Continue to Tinghir, where you’ll visit the remnants of the old Jewish quarter before heading to the spectacular Todra Gorges, a favorite among climbers.
After lunch by the river, the journey continues through the towns of Tinjdad, Mellaab, and Jorf, with a stop in Erfoud, famous for its fossil workshops and date production.
Reach Merzouga, where your camels await for a trek across the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Arrive at your Sahara desert camp in time to watch the sunset. Enjoy dinner by the campfire with traditional Berber music. Sleep in a private tent beneath a sky full of stars.
Day 3: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Anti-Atlas – Marrakech (Approx. 560 km)
Wake up early for an unforgettable sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast at camp. Ride your camel back to Merzouga and begin your return journey to Marrakech.
Travel through arid landscapes dotted with acacia trees and continue into the impressive Draa Valley, known for its palm groves and the longest river in Morocco. Make scenic stops along the way to appreciate the views.
Pass through the Anti-Atlas Mountains and stop in Ouarzazate for lunch. In the afternoon, return to Marrakech, arriving in the early evening marking the end of your incredible 3-day Sahara tour.
